Our Phase I site assessments clientele includes developers, commercial lenders, attorneys, and private clients. In addition, we routinely conduct due diligence projects for manufacturing clients that have acquisition budgets up to $500,000,000. We are approved by numerous banks, know the specific requirements of the banks, and have a proven track record of interacting successfully with all parties involved in real estate transactions.
AGI completes Phase I environmental site assessments to ASTM 1527-21 standards. This process provides the buyers with the EPA “All Appropriate Inquiry” (due diligence) defense. In addition AGI’s Vice President of Technical Services serves on the ASTM E50 committee that developed the -21 standard and was actively involved with developing the revised standard. Therefore, we clearly understand the nuances of the standard.
If required, AGI is capable of providing affiliated services such as site investigations, remediation, asbestos surveys, or lead-based paint surveys.
